Club Requirements

  1. Must have 5 members or more.

  2. Make up a set of bi-laws

  3. Create a Board of Officers

  4. Have meetings each month

  5. Must have a visitation from the MHRC Board

Council Membership requirements

  1. Chose a representative to attend each Council meeting.


  2. Attend 3 consecutive Council meetings and submit request to be accepted.
